Subscribing to MTN Fibre Broadband keeps getting better & better! We are glad to introduce Zigi as one of the data subscription options for MTN Broadband Fibre customers.

Have you met Zigi? Zigi is MTN's digital personal assistant that can answer questions, support customers with products and services activation & also give information on our products and services. 
Access Zigi Chatbot via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Telegram. Follow the steps below to subscribe via Zigi;

•  Input Phone number & OTP.
•  Proceed to Type menu & select "Buy".
•  Go to Buy Broadband/Fibrenet Bundle.
•  Select Fibrenet & choose preferred bundle type.
•  Select preferred validity & choose subscription Plan.
•  Choose pay using phone number or Fibernet ID.

We kicked off the MTN Broadband 4G to 5G router swap in April and there have been great testimonies from customers who had swapped their devices. The 5th gear has been a great ride & because you asked, we are extending the offer for you to come onboard. 

That's not all... MiFi users are not left out in this exercise!! Yes! you read it right. MTN Broadband MiFi users can now swap their device for the MTN Broadband 5G router. All you need do is declare interest by sending a mail to mtnbroadband.ng@mtn.com with the subject "MTN Broadband 5G Swap Request" or fill this link.
